When We Are Closed 

We are closed on all public bank holidays.

If you need urgent medical advice and you are calling the practice on Thursday between 1:30-6:30 pm call out-of-hours service on 0300 033 5000

If you are calling during any other times when the surgery is closed please call 111.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

PLEASE NOTE WE WILL BE CLOSED IN THE AFTERNOONS OF THE FOLLOWING DATES FOR TRAINING. THE PRACTICE WILL BE CLOSED FROM 1PM ONWARDS AND WILL OPEN AS NORMAL THE FOLLOWING DAY.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

  • Treat yourself at home
  • Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
